                               AND RECOMMEND DIVIDEND




The Directors of Halma p.l.c. intend to hold a Board Meeting on 19 June 2007 at
which the announcement of the profit for the 52 weeks ended 31 March 2007 will
be approved.



The final dividend for the 52 weeks ended 31 March 2007 will also be recommended
at that meeting.
