                     NOTICE OF HALF-YEARLY RESULTS AND DIVIDEND


The Directors of Halma p.l.c. will hold a meeting on 26 November 2007 to approve
the accounts for the 26 weeks to 29 September 2007 and to declare the interim
dividend for the year to 29 March 2008.

The Company's half-yearly results will be released on Thursday 29 November 2007.
