HALMA p.l.c. VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Halma p.l.c. ('Halma') confirms that the total number of ordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue at 31 October 2008 is unchanged at 375,230,279. The number of shares held in treasury remains at 1,064,792.   Therefore the total number of voting rights in Halma is 374,165,487.  The above figure of 374,165,487 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Halma under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
