Hamak Gold Limited (LSE: HAMA) announces that it has been notified on 20 January 2023 of the following share dealings by directors:

Sara Smithson, spouse of Executive Director Karl Smithson, transferred 234,864 ordinary shares on 19 January 2023 from a nominee account in her personal name into a personal ISA as follows:

As a result of the transfer, 431 ordinary shares were sold at 8.51 pence per share representing the costs of the transfer.

*The total beneficial holding of Mr. Smithson, including those held by his spouse, after this share transfer is 3,772,282 shares, representing 8.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Amara Kamara, the Executive Chairman of the Company, has transferred 808,500 ordinary shares of his holding to Mr Derek Rowan Carr, the Chief Operating officer of the Company, for £nil consideration on 24 January 2023, in recognition of his joining the company as COO and subsequent performance during 2022. 

The total holding of Mr. Kamara after the share transfer is 24,599,833 ordinary shares, representing 55.49% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The total holding of Mr. Carr after the share transfer is 1,516,071 ordinary shares, representing 3.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.
