Total Voting Rights Clarification
Hambro Perks Acquisition Company Limited (LSE: HPA1) ("HPAC" or the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company formed to focus on a Business Combination, wishes to clarify that only the Company's shares which are admitted to trading on a regulated market (being the Public Shares) should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
Accordingly, the figure of 569,686 ordinary shares should be used for this purpose.
