Hammerson announces that Stuart Haydon has resigned as Company Secretary and that Sarah Booth has been appointed as Company Secretary, both with effect from 22 September 2011.  Sarah will also retain her role as General Counsel.  The Board wishes to thank Stuart Haydon for his outstanding services over many years.
