DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES
On 4 May 2007 the following Directors purchased ordinary shares of 25 pence each
in Hammerson plc under the Partnership Shares element of the Hammerson plc Share
Incentive Plan at a price of £16.25 pence per share and were awarded ordinary
shares of 25 pence each in Hammerson plc on 4 May 2007 at a price of £16.25 per
share under the Matching Shares element of the Hammerson plc Share Incentive
Plan. The shares are held by a nominee.
