Notification of Interests of Directors of Hammerson plc
Sharesave Scheme
Mr D J Atkins, director of Hammerson plc, exercised Sharesave options on 1 May
2008 over 1,351 ordinary 25p shares at 701.2p per share.
Following this exercise, Mr D J Atkins has increased his holding of shares in
the Company to 19,876.
Deferred Share Plan
Following the exercise of nil cost options granted on 8 March 2005 under the
Hammerson 2000 Deferred Share Plan, a director of Hammerson plc, Mr G Devaux,
acquired 18,477 ordinary shares of 25p each in Hammerson plc on 1 May 2008. Of
the 18,477 shares acquired, all were sold at 995p on the same day.
As a result of this transaction, Mr G Devaux now holds 129,528 ordinary shares
of 25p each in Hammerson plc.
