On 24 March 2016, the following Executive Directors of the Company were granted options to buy ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('Shares') in the Company in accordance with the terms of the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme at an option price of 428 pence per share. The savings contracts will begin on 1 May 2016. 

Details of the options granted and exercise periods are as set out below.
