Partnership Shares element of the Hammerson plc Share Incentive Plan at a price
of £12.41 pence per share and was awarded ordinary shares of 25 pence each in
Hammerson plc on 4 July 2006 at a price of £12.41 per share under the Matching
Shares element of the Hammerson plc Share Incentive Plan. The shares are held by
