Mr G Devaux, a director of Hammerson plc, exercised options on 8 April 2002
over:

  • 35,300 ordinary 25p shares at 347p per share; and
  • 8,000 ordinary 25p shares at 345p per share.

Mr Devaux then sold the resultant shares at 563p per share on 8 April 2002.

Following this exercise, Mr Devaux holds options over a further 105,550 ordinary
25p shares.
