September 2004 over 19,121 ordinary 25p shares at 528p per share.


Mr R J G Richards then sold the resultant 19,121 shares at 761p per share on 14
September 2004.


Following this exercise, Mr R J G Richards holds options under the Company's
Executive Share Option Scheme over a further 101,887 ordinary 25p shares.
