Confirmation of Disposal of 75% interest in Espace Saint Quentin, Saint Quentin-en Yvelines, near Paris

Further to the announcement on 17 June 2010, Hammerson plc confirms it has completed the disposal of a 75% interest in Espace Saint Quentin, Saint Quentin-en Yvelines near Paris. Hammerson will receive proceeds of €173 million.
