Hammerson - Investor & Analyst Site Visit

Hammerson is today hosting a site visit for investors and analysts to Bicester Village and Bullring.

The event will commence with an overview of Hammerson's investment in Value Retail, the owner of Bicester Village. Bicester Village is one of nine successful designer outlet villages operated by Value Retail, and the company will present on the trends that are driving industry-leading rental growth. At Bullring, Marty Plocica, Director of UK shopping centres, will explain how Hammerson is continually evolving and marketing the centre to grow tenants' sales and rents, and how those initiatives are being replicated across the portfolio in the UK and France.
