Hammerson plc - Notice of Interim Results



A meeting of the Directors of this Company will be held on Wednesday 27 August
2003 at which the Directors will, inter alia, consider the announcement of
results for the six months ended 30 June 2003, the issue of the half yearly
report and payment of an interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2003.



It is anticipated that an announcement concerning the half year results and
payment of the interim dividend will be made on Wednesday 27 August 2003.
