A meeting of the Directors of this Company will be held on Monday 27 February
2006 at which the Directors will, inter alia, consider the announcement of
results for the year ended 31 December 2005 and recommend the payment of a final
dividend for the year ended 31 December 2005.

It is anticipated that the preliminary announcement of results will be made on
Monday 27 February 2006.
