ANNOUNCEMENT OF PUBLICATION OF 2011 ANNUAL REPORT

Hammerson plc announced its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2011 on 24 February 2012. That announcement contained the information required by DTR 6.3.5. The Company's 2011 Annual Report is now available on the Company's website: www.hammerson.com on the "Investors" page.

Copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do :

·	2011 Annual Report.
·	Notice of 2012 Annual General Meeting.
·	Form of proxy.
·	Deemed Consent Letter for new Shareholders in relation to electronic communications from the Company.
