Hammerson plc transaction in own shares

On 30 March 2011, Hammerson plc transferred 400,000 ordinary shares of 25p held as treasury shares to the Hammerson Employee Benefit Trust.

 

The Company’s total issued share capital following the transfer comprises 707,185,666 ordinary shares of 25p each with one voting right per share in addition to the remaining balance of 400,000 shares held in treasury.
