Notice of Result of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Sub-Fund

Dear Shareholder

We are writing to inform you that the following ordinary resolution was passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Sub-Fund held on 1 May 2024 at 11:00am:

1.    That the amendments to the investment objective and policy of the Fund as set out in the Circular to the Shareholders of the Fund dated 10 April 2024 be and is hereby approved.

Subject to Central Bank approval, the proposed changes are scheduled to take effect and reflected in a revised Supplement on or around 10 May 2024 (the Effective Date).

Copies of the revised Supplement reflecting the above changes will be available on request after the Effective Date, free of charge at the registered office of the ICAV or at the offices of the foreign representatives.
