On 29 August 2019, Hansa Investment Company Limited (the "Company") was notified that William Salomon, Director of the Company, had acquired an interest in the share capital of the Company pursuant to a scheme of arrangement of Hansa Trust PLC under section 895 to 899 of the Company Act 2006, pursuant to which holders of A ordinary shares and ordinary shares in Hansa Trust PLC were issued with five A ordinary shares and five ordinary shares in the Company for each  A ordinary share and  each ordinary share held in Hansa Trust PLC (the "Scheme").

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
