The Company announces that it was informed yesterday that, on 24 April 2014, the wife of Hansa Trust Director William Salomon acquired 2,650 (0.033125%) Ordinary shares in the Company for £9.45 per share.

Following these purchases, William Salomon is interested in 2,115,869 Ordinary Shares (26.45% of the Ordinary shares) and 98,700 "A" Ordinary shares (0.62% of the "A" Ordinary shares).
