Professor Geoffrey Wood has informed the Company today, that he has sold 5,000 (0.0625%) Ordinary shares in the Company for £9.52 per share and 6,500 "A" Non-Voting Ordinary shares in the Company for £9.60 per share.

His holdings following these sales has decreased in the Ordinary shares from 6,000 (0.075%) to 1,000 (0.0125%) and in the "A" Non-Voting Ordinary shares from 8,500 (0.053125%) to 2,000 (0.0125%)
