On 3 December 2002, Mr W H Salomon a Director of the Company ceased to be
non-beneficially interested in 102,000 Ordinary voting shares of the Company.
Following a purchase of 102,000 Ordinary shares, Nicholas B.Dill, Jr & Codan
Trust Company Limited now holds 4,096,350 Ordinary shares representing 51.20% of
the voting shares.
Of the 4,096,350 Ordinary shares Mr W H Salomon is interested in 2,048,175 and
Mrs J A V Townsend is interested in 2,048,175 each holding representing 25.6% of
the voting share capital.
In addition Mr W H Salomon and Mrs J A V Townsend are also interested in a
further 42,500 Ordinary Shares.
