The Company has been informed today by Nicholas B. Dill, Jr & Codan Trust
Company Limited that on 24 June 2004, they acquired a further 42,500 Ordinary
shares in the Company. The holding has increased from 4,096,350 (51.20%) to
4,138,850 51.73%.


As a result Mr W H Salomon and Mrs J A V Townsend are now interested in
2,069,425 each, representing 25.865% of the voting share capital. Mr W H Salomon
will no longer declare an interest in the 42,500 shares, other than as mentioned
above.
