The Company has been notified that with effect from 18 April 2013 Mr Nicholas B. Dill, who is disclosed in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2012 as a substantial shareholder holding jointly with Codan Trust Company Limited 4,138,850 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company comprising 51.7% of the Company voting shares, retired as a trustee of the trusts under which such shareholdings are held and ceased to hold those shares and that Mr Peter Pearman was appointed as a trustee in place of Mr Nicholas B. Dill.  Accordingly, with effect from 18 April 2013 Mr Peter Pearman and Codan Trust Company Limited hold 4,138,850 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company.
