NET ASSET VALUE

The estimated unaudited net asset value, calculated in accordance with the guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Hansa Trust PLC, Ordinary and 'A' Ordinary shares at the close of business on 5th June 2008 was 976.62p (cum income), 957.19p (ex income).
