Hansa Trust PLC announces that an updated PRIIP Key Information Document ("KID") is available for each of the Company's two share classes: the Ordinary shares, and the 'A' non-voting Ordinary shares.

Links to both KIDs have been published by the Company's AIFM, Maitland Institutional Services Ltd.

The two classes of shares of Hansa Trust, the Ordinary shares and the 'A' non-voting Ordinary shares, have the same financial interest in the underlying assets of the Company and receive the same dividend. They differ only in that the former shares have voting rights, whereas the latter do not. They trade separately on the London Stock Exchange, giving rise to different share prices at any given time.
