Following the Company's AGM in Bermuda on Wednesday 22 July, Hansa Investment Company Ltd (LEI 213800RS2PWJXSZQDF66) announces its intention to hold a meeting in London for shareholders to receive an update from the Board and the Company's Portfolio Manager. The Company is mindful of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and of the evolving guidance regarding social distancing, travel and the ability to track and trace following an event. The meeting will be planned with Covid-19 government guidelines in mind.

It is our intention to hold the meeting in central London around the end of September or start of October. It may be necessary to limit the number of attendees.

The Company also hopes to record the presentations to make them available via the Company's website for those who cannot attend.

At this stage, the Company is looking for an expression of interest from shareholders who would like to attend the event in order to gauge demand before announcing a final date and venue. In the meantime, the Company has posted some slides highlighting performance of the portfolio over the short to medium term.
