Following the Company's announcement on Wednesday 24 July, Hansa Investment Company Ltd (LEI 213800RS2PWJXSZQDF66) planned to hold a meeting in Central London for shareholders to receive an update from the Board and the Company's Portfolio Manager. Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it has become clear that it will not be possible to hold a physical meeting in the near future. Therefore, the Board has decided to host webcast to provide a shareholder update. The live webcast will take place on Tuesday 29 September at 14:30 BST.

The presentation will include updates from Jonathan Davie, William Salomon and Alec Letchfield (Portfolio Manager). The presentation will be available to listen to live on Tuesday 29 September at 14:30 BST and there will be an opportunity during the event to ask questions of the presenters. The webcast will also be available to stream after the event for those who cannot attend.

The Board still intends to host a meeting in London but this will be scheduled during 2021 when, we hope, the pandemic will have been brought under control.
