                       Acquisition of Djoser BV completed






Holidaybreak, the UK's leading operator of specialist holiday businesses, today
announces that it has completed the acquisition of Dutch 'soft adventure'
company Djoser BV (Djoser).


Holidaybreak announced on December 23 2004 that it had reached agreement to
acquire Djoser for €22.75m (£15.7m).
