Completion of Acquisition

On 17 February 2000, Holidaybreak announced the
acquisition of Explore Worldwide Limited ('Acquisition').

Holidaybreak is pleased to announce that completion of the
Acquisition has taken place today following the admission
to the Official List of the new ordinary shares which are
being issued by Holidaybreak in connection with the
Acquisition.
