                         Analyst and investor briefing

Holidaybreak, the European specialist holiday group, is today hosting a briefing
for analysts and investors. This is taking place at Caythorpe Court, part of the
recently acquired PGL, the Group's Education Division.

No new material information will be disclosed in the presentations.

The company released a trading update on 18 September. The company expects to
announce its full year results for the 12 months to 30 September on Thursday
29th November 2007.
