Holidaybreak PLC 16 December 2004 16th December 2004: For immediate release HOLIDAYBREAK PLC Appointment of Non-Executive Director Holidaybreak plc the UK's leading operator of specialist holiday businesses has appointed James Greenbury as a non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2005. Mr Greenbury, 43, is the CEO of Special Mail Services Ltd and has previously built up a number of successful companies in the support services sector; MailSource UK Ltd and Security Despatch Ltd. Prior to these, Mr Greenbury was a partner at Bain & Co, management consultants and worked across a wide variety of sectors. With his strategic skills, his experience of the service sector and track record in building successful companies, he will be a valuable addition to the team as Holidaybreak seeks to grow by investment in its current businesses and acquisition.'
