Appointment of non-executive Chairman
Holidaybreak, the education, leisure and activity travel group, today announces that John Coleman has been appointed to the Board as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect. He will assume the Chairmanship when Bob Ayling retires on 1 May 2009.
Mr. Coleman, 56, was Chief Executive of House of Fraser plc until 2006. He is currently non-executive chairman of Aga Rangemaster Group plc and a non-executive director of Travis Perkins plc.

Interim Results
The Company expects to announce its Interim Results for the six months ending 31 March 2009 on 26 May 2009.
