                 Holidaybreak Launches EASYCAMP.COM a complete
                     Online booking service for Campsites


Holidaybreak aims to gain first mover advantage on the Internet for all parts
of its business.  The launch of Easycamp (www.easycamp.com) is the latest in a
series of Internet developments.  Easycamp offers holidaymakers a new way of
booking a complete camping holiday over the Internet.  Drawing upon
Holidaybreak's extensive experience in organising camping holidays the website
offers advice on ferries, insurance, travel routes and campsites.  Easycamp is
suited to independent customers with their own caravan/camping equipment who
wish to construct their personal holiday itinerary.  This specialist portal
will serve anybody in Europe who wishes to research, plan or book any form of
camping holiday.

The website currently lists 160 independent campsites all of whom will pay
Holidaybreak a flat fee for appearing on the website.  Holidaybreak estimates
there are as many as 40,000 campsites in Europe and interest from campsite
owners to register on the website has been high.

Easycamp is currently the only multilingual site offering this service to
Europe with  Dutch and English sites live and a German version to come
shortly.

Development of Internet bookings for the Hotel Breaks business has been swift.
www.superbreak.com began taking hotel bookings on-line in October 1999 and is
already responsible for 2% of bookings, equivalent to 1000 hotel room nights
per month.
