Holidaybreak plc announces that Mark Wray has today exercised options under the
Holidaybreak plc 1991 Approved Savings Related Share Option Scheme to subscribe
for 6,696 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an exercise price of
252p.

Following the exercise Mr Wray has notified his interest in the share capital of
the Company in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.(R) and section 324 of the
Companies Act as follows:
