Holidaybreak plc announces that Carl Michel, Director, has today purchased 5,000
ordinary shares in the Company at 678p per share.


Following this transaction, Mr Michel has notified his interest in the share
capital of the Company in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2. (R) and section
