Holidaybreak was informed on 2 March 2009 that on 27 February 2009 Chris Stephens, a Non-executive Director of the Company purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at 195.6p per share.  The transaction took place in London.

Following the notification of this transaction in accordance with DTR 3.1.2. (R), Mr Stephens has the following interest in the share capital of the Company:
