Holidaybreak plc announces that John Coleman, executive Chairman, on 3 September 2009 entered into a trading plan which provides for shares to be purchased on a monthly basis up to a value of £6,429.75 per month. The first purchase will take place in September 2009 and the final purchase will take place in May 2010.

The trading plan conforms to the requirements of paragraphs 23 to 26 of the Model Code as set out in the UKLA Listing Rules.
