Holidaybreak plc ('the Company')
Holidaybreak plc announces that Robert Baddeley, a Director, has today exercised
options under the Holidaybreak plc 1996 Unapproved Share Option Scheme to
subscribe for 13,313 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an exercise
price of 453.5p and 11,478 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an
exercise price of 526p. Mr Baddeley subsequently sold the shares at £7.26 each.
Following the exercise Mr Baddeley has notified his interest in the share
capital of the Company in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.(R) and section
324 of the Companies Act as follows:
