Holidaybreak plc announces that the following directors have today been granted
options over Holidaybreak plc 5p ordinary shares under the terms of the
Holidaybreak plc 2001 Savings Related Share Option Scheme:

Mark Christopher Wray            3,305                     £5.00

The above options are exercisable from 1 September 2010 to 1 March 2011.

Following the above grant of options the directors have an interest in the share
capital of the Company as follows:
