Holidaybreak plc announces that the Directors listed below have exercised
options on 21 December 2004 under the 1997 Long Term Incentive Plan for nil
consideration to subscribe for ordinary shares in the company. The options were
granted on 22 December 1997 and were due to lapse on 22 December 2004 if not
exercised. Following the exercise, the Directors' interests in the share capital
of the company are as follows:
