HOLIDAYBREAK PLC ("Holidaybreak" or the "Company")
DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Holidaybreak, the UK's leading provider of specialist holidays, today announces
that, following the expiry of his second three year term, Angus Crichton-Miller,
Chairman, retired on 30 May 2003. He has also retired from his position as a
Non-executive Director. Robert Ayling, former BA Chief Executive, who joined
the Board as a Non-executive Director in February 2003, will take over the role
of Chairman with immediate effect.
Richard Atkinson, Group Chief Executive, commented:
"Angus Crichton-Miller has played a crucial role in the development of the
Company. On behalf of everyone at Holidaybreak, I extend our sincere thanks for
his valuable contribution over the past six years, a period of great success for
the Company."
