Holidaybreak plc announces that on 22 February 2000 the following directors
were granted share awards under the Holidaybreak plc Employee Incentive Plan. 
The awards have been made in respect of a performance related bonus for the
financial year ended 30 September 1999 and the shares will be held in trust
until 1 October 2002.
