Additional Information:
This announcement relates to the sale of shares following the exercise of
options over 40,000 ord 5p shares, granted on 27 July 1992 and due to expire
on 27 July 2002 and 4,037 ord 5p shares, granted on 2 July 1998 and due to
expire on 1 March 2002.

Following the exercise and sale, James Crew's holding in the ordinary share
capital of Holidaybreak plc remains unchanged at 53,154 ordinary shares
(0.114% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company).  In addition, he
continues to hold options over 106,160 ord 5p shares (0.228% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company).
