Holidaybreak: clarification
Re shareholder register
Following this morning's earlier statement Holidaybreak would like to clarify
that the proposed final ordinary dividend will be paid on 19 April 2005 to those
shareholders on the register on the 18 March 2005 and not, as previously,
announced 25 March 2005.
Therefore, the relevant paragraphs in the results statement should read as
following:
Page 3:
Dividend
The Board is recommending a final dividend of 17.6p, payable on 19 April 2005,
to shareholders on the register on 18 March 2005, making a total of 24.2 p for
the year.
The Board intends to continue to pay ordinary dividends that are appropriate in
the light of the growth prospects and the underlying performance of the Group.

If approved by shareholders, the proposed final ordinary dividend will be paid
on 19 April 2005 to those ordinary shareholders on the register on 18 March 2005
and will absorb £8,380,672.
