Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 9 March 2023, Harbour announced a proposed final dividend of $100 million (12 US cents per share) for the full year ended 31 December 2022 (the "Dividend"), subject to the receipt of shareholder approval on 10 May 2023.

If approved, the Dividend will be paid in GBP Sterling on 24 May 2023 to shareholders on the register on 14 April 2023 (the "Record Date"). This announcement confirms the GBP Sterling/US Dollar exchange rate, as at the Record Date, applicable for the Dividend.
