On 5 September 2000, Holidaybreak plc received notification from Barclays PLC
whose registered office is 54 Lombard Street, London, EC3P 3AH that as of 1
September 2000, Barclays PLC, through its subsidiary Barclays Bank PLC, no
longer has a notifiable interest in the capital of Holidaybreak plc.
