The company was notified by a letter dated 7th April 2003 that following net
sales of 638,863 shares on 4th April 2003 that Morley Fund Management Limited
were interested in 3,430,687 shares and that Aviva plc were interested in
3,430,687 shares giving the Aviva group a total percentage interest in the
shares of 7.29%.
