International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries including
fidelity Investment Services ("FISL") and Fidelity Pension Management ("FPM"),
being non-beneficial holders, hold 1,787,610 ordinary shares in Holidaybreak,
representing 3.79% of the entire issued share capital of the Company. The
